Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how Floor Optimizer Pro subscriptions, cancellations and refunds work. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel Floor Optimizer Pro at any time from your account settings. When you cancel, your subscription does not renew for the next period, and you keep Pro access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
14-day right of withdrawal (EU/EEA consumers)
If you are a consumer in the EU or EEA, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of your first subscription payment, without giving a reason. If you request a refund within this period, we will refund your first payment.
Please note: by starting to use the paid Service during the 14-day period you acknowledge that we begin providing it immediately. Where you have used the Service, we may reduce the refund proportionately to reflect the use already made, as permitted by law.
Renewals and later payments
Renewal payments after your first period are generally non-refundable, except where required by law. To avoid a renewal charge, cancel before your next billing date. You can see your next billing date in your settings.
Exceptions
- The free plan involves no payment and so nothing to refund.
- We may decline refunds where we reasonably believe the Service has been misused or abused.
How to request a refund
Email us at support@flooroptimizer.com from the address on your account, telling us you would like a refund. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card provider.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy affects the mandatory consumer rights you have under the law of your country.
